SHIPPING & RETURNS
We carefully prepare every order so that your Atelier Gabriela piece arrives beautifully and safely.
About return
If your purchase from Atelier Gabriela does not meet your expectations, these are returned within 30 days. When returning, the jewelery must not be worn or damaged and the return is the buyer’s responsibility.
About exchange
We have a 30-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. When you want to exchange, you can also buy a return label as described below and simply attach a note in the package with the product(s) you want to exchange your goods for.
You only pay for shipping to Atelier Gabriela, and it is free when we send the new products back to you.
PRIVACY POLICY
No personal information registered on Atelier Gabriela is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Atelier Gabriela.
Cookies
In connection with any electronic payment, a secure encrypted method through the Webshop system is used. It is an approved provider with approval from the E-mark. The shop system uses so-called cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart.
Information you give us
During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at Atelier Gabriela in a way that allows you to log in later and see/change the status.
Cf. the Personal Data Act, we provide information on inquiries about registered information and on the basis of any objections, we delete them to the extent desired.
